We want you to be completely satisfied with KomBric. This Refund Policy details our customer refund standards for subscription plans.

1. 14-Day Free Trial

Every KomBric workspace starts with a 14-day free trial where all core platform features are available. We do not require a credit card during the trial period. This allows you to evaluate the platform and Meta API integration completely before making any financial commitment.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid KomBric plan and decide the platform does not meet your needs, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. To initiate a refund, please contact connect@kombric.com with your account name and registered business details.

3. Renewals and Meta Charges

• Automatic Renewals: Payments for plan renewals (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) are processed automatically and are non-refundable.
• Meta Conversation Fees: Charges for WhatsApp conversation fees are paid directly to Meta via Business Manager wallet or credit line. KomBric does not handle, collect, or refund Meta conversation charges.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your workspace will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will apply.
