Meta (WhatsApp's parent company) charges a per-conversation fee on top of your KomBric subscription. Here's what to expect.

Total Monthly Cost = KomBric Subscription + Meta Conversation Charges. The first 1,000 service conversations per month are free from Meta. Prices below are approximate India rates (2025).

Billing FAQ

Questions about billing?

Yes. All plans come with a 14-day free trial — no credit card needed. You get full access to your chosen plan's features during the trial.
When you upgrade mid-cycle, you're charged only for the remaining days on the new plan. The unused balance from your current plan is credited to your account.
Yes. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Cancellations are immediate but you retain access until the current billing period ends.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and NEFT/RTGS for annual plans. GST invoices are provided for all transactions.
Yes. KomBric collects your subscription fee. Meta's per-conversation charges are billed separately through your Meta Business Manager account (prepaid wallet).
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied. Post 7 days, refunds are not available. See our Refund Policy for full details.
